Overview
Integrate's marketing software integrates with CRMs to manage campaigns and leads. The platform allows users to create campaigns, flow leads, and apply governance rules to filter out bad leads, ensuring CRMs only contain MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads). I worked on several key projects, including Mobile Connect and Experience Builder.
High Level Goals

Enhance User Experience and Efficiency
Redesign the Experience Builder to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, enabling users to create and manage campaigns with greater ease and efficiency.

Modernize Visual and Functional Design
Implement a new visual language and significant UX/UI improvements to align the product with modern design standards and address long-standing user pain points.

After digging deep into user needs and market trends, we crafted a clear plan to revamp the design and tackle key pain points head-on.

Led the complete redesign of the Experience Builder, a core component of Integrate's platform.

Design System Contribution
During my time at Integrate, I significantly enhanced the design system by hosting workshops, developing a comprehensive documentation library, and creating numerous reusable components. One impactful component was a table with inline editing and customizable views, saving users about 3 minutes per edit by streamlining workflows. This component received positive feedback and highlighted the value of iterative design and collaboration.
Design System Adoption
The newly created components and design system improvements played a crucial role in ensuring consistency and efficiency across the platform. By standardizing design elements and interactions, the system provided a cohesive user experience and streamlined the development process. This consistency not only enhanced the overall look and feel of the platform but also facilitated easier maintenance and updates, ultimately contributing to a more robust and user-friendly product.
Design Thinking and Methodology
I focused on understanding user needs through direct research and interviews. Iterative prototyping and usability sessions helped refine the design. Collaborating closely with the development team ensured technical feasibility and high quality. This approach made our final design both functional and user-friendly.
